How the free trial works

What happens in the 30 days?
You use the whole plan: create events, sell, check people in at the door. Nothing is charged.
Why do you ask for a card?
So the plan goes on without interruptions when the trial ends, and so each organizer gets one trial. The card is kept by the payment provider; we only see its brand and last four digits.
When will you charge me?
On the day the trial ends, and then every month (or year) on the same day. You get an email three days before the first charge, and a receipt after every charge.
How do I cancel?
In your panel, Membership → Cancel. One click, no calls. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is ever charged.
Can I get another trial with a new account?
No: the trial is once per organizer. A card, email, phone or device that already had one starts the plan paid from the first day.
Do you take a cut of my tickets?
No. Buyers pay you through your own methods (card with your Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, cash…). Tikmesa only charges the plan.
